Examples of recent visits:
- Akron Red Cross

The CACC offers several formats to promote professional development within your organization. Choose one of the following, select a hybrid of several formats, or we can customize one for your workplace.
- Power Lunches with College Panelists: Your staff can bring their lunches to a dedicated space within your facility and a panel of CACC representatives will address questions and concerns about adult education or training programs.
- Education fairs: The 17 CACC member institutions will set up information tables to distribute materials about adult education opportunities, typically while your staff is on a lunch break.
- Professional Development Workshops: We can help you brainstorm a relevant topic for your workplace, and CACC will present it. Think workforce development and economic trends!
An educated workforce provides a competitive edge. While your company’s productivity increases, we expand our outreach to prospective adult students. We can also feature you on our Web site, highlighting your business to all CACC’s Web traffic.
Professional development is also vital for Northeast Ohio’s growth and economy. National attention has been focused on this topic through the Talent Dividend, a recent study by CEOs for Cities. The regional version of the study indicates that a 1% increase in adult bachelor degree attainment in Northeast Ohio would equal an additional $2.8 billion in regional income each year.
There are currently no fees or contracts to partner with CACC. We just request that you provide ample space and advertise the event to your staff. We also provide event posters and email templates to help market to your employees. CACC reps will take care of the rest!
Please complete the Information Request form and a CACC representative will contact you to coordinate a convenient day for an event at your workplace.
